Phase IV will focus on developing strong interpersonal skills, social confidence, and networking ability. Centered around the key themes of Conversation, Communication, and Etiquette/Manners, Kappa Leaguers will learn how to engage others with confidence, build meaningful relationships, and navigate both formal and casual settings with respect and professionalism.

These lessons will be put into action during key upcoming experiences. At the KL Leadership Summit, Leaguers will network with peers and professionals, applying their communication skills in structured and high-energy environments. During the KL Mental Health Camping Retreat, they will participate in open discussions and team-building activities that foster emotional awareness and positive social interaction.

Additionally, Leaguers will connect with peers from other South Florida Kappa League chapters, strengthening their ability to collaborate across communities and broaden their social reach. By the end of Phase IV, they will be better equipped to lead, connect, and represent themselves with confidence and purpose in any environment.
