Designed to help Leaguers better understand the levels of government, this Phase III curriculum includes interactive lessons on federalism, the roles of local, state, and federal branches, and how they work together. Students also learn Robert’s Rules of Order to master parliamentary procedure and participate in a mock debate, encouraging critical thinking, leadership, and a deeper awareness of how power is shared across government levels.
